Pricing Commercial Framing

I am bidding the framing of an Applebee's restaurant in Corbin, Kentucky. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what would be a good price per sq. ft. to frame off of a slab. I have framed some commercial before but it has been a while. Could anyone help me out? Thanks a lot. Eric

Re: Pricing Commercial Framing

In Calgary something like that would go for around $20 /ft. Hard to say if the market there would allow that or if that is too low. Check out some constructions in your area and ask. Normally you can get a fairly accurate reading.
