Fill us in on your backround. Insured? WC/GL? Sole P/ Corp/LLC? What is the floor plan? Is the builder experienced/reputable?

Just a curious NE contractor wondering what the various corporate builders are paying on average, if possible. We are a straight up lisenced, insured, tax paying outfit curious about what the market does down there. I am assuming there are a lot of companies that handle much of the framing for the corporates by subcontract, and in turn sub out to god knows who. Am I correct, and if so, what have they(corporates) managed to beat the price down to.
