Framing Rates Calgary

Hey, I am just starting on my own and I am wondering what the framing rates are for the calgary area, From the simplest of jobs to the more difficult ones. Also I've got a nelson prefab home to build, and i'm wandering what how other guys would price the jb out at. It is 1200 sq ft bungalow out of the city with an attached garage. I've been charging myself out at an hourly rate and feel that I'm ripping myself off, so if anyone has any info for me it would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Framing Rates Calgary

Given the boom and the resulting labour shortage in Calgary, you should probably triple what you are getting now and take it from there.

Even in pathetic Montreal I have been able to ride the labour shortage crest without worrying what others were charging.

Squeeze them till they stop bleeding would be my approach if I was in Calgary.

I wonder the same thing, here in the Gta every other week someone comes back from there saying how great it was and how much money they made, but then the next day there framing right next to you
