Framing A Basement

I was wondering if I could get some advice on what to charge for framing frostwalls, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and living room, including framing around ducts and plumbing. I'm looking for a good method of coming up with a price. I'm Located in Alberta, Canada but am curious what the general rates are for different areas as well. TY
