Exterior Walls On House
I am considering building another home a selling the one I just built. I figured that I would take poll of people's preferences for exterior walls in a would construction w/ concrete foundation house. Which would u use OSB board or Plywood? If possible list why u would use the option u chose.

Re: Exterior Walls On House
It's the plywood vs osb once again.
I'd use osb. It doesn't delaminate, it's strength is in two directions. But, it's really not a significant difference. Ply or osb beats the pants off of fiberboard or gypsum. |

Brace the walls, sheath it with 1" polystyrene, brick veneer.

Re: Exterior Walls On House
ICF, poured concrete or CBU with poured corners and topcap.
Reasons; R-value and hurricane resistance.
