Exterior Walls On House

I am considering building another home a selling the one I just built. I figured that I would take poll of people's preferences for exterior walls in a would construction w/ concrete foundation house. Which would u use OSB board or Plywood? If possible list why u would use the option u chose.

It's the plywood vs osb once again.

I'd use osb. It doesn't delaminate, it's strength is in two directions.

But, it's really not a significant difference. Ply or osb beats the pants off of fiberboard or gypsum.

Brace the walls, sheath it with 1" polystyrene, brick veneer.

ICF, poured concrete or CBU with poured corners and topcap.

Reasons; R-value and hurricane resistance.
