Cost Per Sq/Ft

Is there an average cost per square foot just for framing in North Carolina?

Labor for a standard ranch can run 3.00 to 3.50 (sub rate), and more if it's cut up. I have seen some company's try to find subs for 1.50 in Va. but I sugest you stay away from those guy's. Cost cutter construction.
