Circle Top Windows

Hey Guys. I have a number of circle top windows to do, and i know of A way to do it. Cutting the sheathing with the radius, and i was going to tack a piece of osb on the inside so i cut both at the same time, then nail some 2x ribs in. Keeping the interior osb flush with the framing. My concern was insulating the arch. Cuz it will be exposed to the weather for a while. Ridgid foam? Spray foam? Thanks!!

I have made them up as units with only one side of the sheathing on so you can nail the perimeter, ripped down, studs to the opening.
Simply insulate before closing it up with the inside layer or sheathing.
