Bidding Single Car Garage

I would like to know if anyone has estimated a single car garage.The building would be 13 feet wide by 20 feet deep 2x 4 frame.Single garage door two windows one on each side .12 IN 12 pitch 2x8 with collar ties arch asphalt shingles.siding would be cedar lap siding 4 inch wide 6/4 at corners and around windows and garage door . Foundation 3 foot deep with 2 foot wide footer and monolithic slab. garage door and windows total $1000 for material permits excluded.located in philadelphia area.

I'm not sure what you're trying to find out- are you trying to get someone to give you a price on the job, or help you arrive at a bid amount to submit to the client?

If it's the latter, it's impossible for anyone here to give you a useful answer, as we don't know your labor rates, productivity rates, overhead costs, or even material costs. If it's the former, you'd be far better off finding some local contractors to provide proposals on the job, since it sounds like you've already got a good idea of what you want.
