Bidding
i just saw a post about bidding walls. i replied there but i think this is good advice for everyone out there. my mentor told me to start keeping a log of what we did each day for bidding purposes. it has become the best bidding tool i have. not much at first but when you can look back at years of work you will find almost any scenario. if not exactly what you are bidding, add or subtract accordingly. also it helps with that-- ive done this before but dont remember how-- for just walls it may not be practical, when i started doing this i was doing foundation to final, but i think its a good idea for all.
