I keep my intelligence to myself.

Are you guys able to buy the GRK's in bulk (loose) or are you forced to by the 50 pack in a new little box?

I use Timberline Carbide tipped countersinks. They cost a little over $15 each, but as long as you don't lose them, they will last you for years. I am probably on my 4th year on mine. http://www.toolbarn.com/cgi-bin/comp...16&sku=608-118

I was able to get a big variety pack the last time I got some. It does help that my friend is a distributor for GRK. Sometimes I just buy screws to have screws.

I love the structural screws too!

The 2-1/2" trimheads I buy in 100 pc. packs locally for $6.50 or 6.5 cents per screw. Comparable screws from McFeely's cost 10 cents each plus shipping.

GRK is a good company. This company also has some good screws, sometimes you can catch a nice deal.
