Trim Pricing In Southeastern British Columbia

I am going out on my own as a trim/finish sub and need help with the pricing. The only advice / pricing I have received is from some generals. And they have a vested interest in keeping my prices low of course. One of them is reknowned for how parsimonious (cheap) he is and I have some doubt as to his figures. I have read many of the other posts and have a general idea but would appreciate any regional advice. As an aside many of the clients and buyers for the area are from Alberta, escaping the oil boom.
