Tongue And Groove Cedar And Hardwood Floors

hi all im new to this site and the business actually. i live in northwest pennsylvania and i m looking for some anwers to bid this high end job.the house is new and is about 6500 sq ft with cathedral ceilings throughout. they want tongue and groove cedar on the ceilings and hardwood floors not sure of what type yet. as a rule what would be a safe price to tell them to install the cedar on the ceilings and finish it, and a good price for installing hardwood floors, casing and baseboard. any input at all would help tremendously . thanks harpst const.

Re: Tongue And Groove Cedar And Hardwood Floors

it is about 5.50 or so to install the flooring and stain it plus the cost of the flooring as far as the ceiling goes i would double that price atleast.
