Sourcing Wide Beadboard

a customer has given me an picture of some paneling for a bathroom remodel and i cant seem to find a source for it. to me, it looks like beadboard planking with at least 6 inches between beads. anyone have any leads on something like this, or am i off on thinking it is beadboard? i attached the picture below.
thanks a ton for any info.

It would be nice if you filled out your profile and posted an intro so we all could get to know who you are and the type of work you are in.

Have to agree with Bell on the MDF. And don't mind Gus. He's got alot of time on his hands and likes to make sure people crawl before they run. Jay

I've done it, but I'm not a big fan of MDF in a bathroom.

Say what?
There are good reasons for posting intros and filling out a profile. Most of which weeds out the the non pros so this place can be what the name says, Contractor Talk. Not, wanna be chat or something similar.

Relax, I'm not pissed. These things need to be spelled out once in a while is all.

Now about the question. Anyone with a table saw and a router table could make this paneling themselves with the right bits and planning. If you can't easily find something local and you only need enough for a small bath, give it a go. If you need more info on how to to it, maybe you could get a better shot of the look and we can give a more detailed explanation.

I just had another shop call me yesterday asking about routing 4x8 sheets with a 5" oc bead pattern on our cnc. I quoted him a price, we'll see if it happens. But there is another option for you too. Find a shop with a cnc and give them a call. I'm sure they are used to that type of request.

Sounds like fun anyway you turn.

I agree, but have been using moisture resistant MDF in bathrooms for years never had a call back, as long as it is painted well and kept away from direct contact with water I dont see a problem. dont know of anything better in some situations.
