Maybe a little...

It is a very cool piece of equipment though.
I get my fair share of ribbing over having one and liking it. I can take it.

I'm gonna do some video soon.

Architectural Carpentry is my thing... so I thought it would say something about my workmanship to anyone who glanced in there. I want to make yard signs for my business, with similar details, instead of the cheap metal or plastic ones you see.

Cheers,

Bass

Looks like the only thing the Bassmobile is missing is the smokescreen and oilslick features. Looking good Bass.

Wow Bass

You go boy
I always thought that the way you show up says alot about the guy and the work you can expect from him.

You show well... like a pony

ya know you could deck out the entire trailer on the outside. Make it look like an old victorian or something. Yeah that would be awesome.

I drilled about 400 holes this week, in those trailer shelves... I brought up making pegboard because that is what it felt like I was doing. If you look closely at the loaded trailer pics you can see the heavy wire shelf dividers that fit in the holes.

I have one tip, I got the shelf dividers from an old store display and I used an old pb shelf as my pattern and since my shelf was longer, I over lapped one end of the pattern shelf over a set of holes I had drilled and registered it with 3 shelf pins that went through both old and new shelves... this kept the pattern running straight and maintained the spacing... does that make sense?

Thanks Man... I'll get to work on the the smokescreen and oil slick features... but judging from the evidence in my tires the "tack deployment" feature is already working.

Thanks Gus, I look kinda like a bum half the time... so at least the trailer will look good.

Thanks Gus,

The brackets already impressed sales guys from two local yards that sends work my way... so that's something... how about building one of those Gypsy trailers? That would be cool.

Re: Small Curved Brace Backets

That looks like 32 mill system holes.

Do you have a jig or some kind of system for drilling those?

That is impressive - so are you trying to bring back the days where everyone made their own tool boxes, just on a larger scale?

My eyes aren't that bad yet, Leo

I can't imagine those store fixtures fitting in anything but a 32 mill system. And there is about a million ways of producing it, so I was just asking if he has one of those many jigs, store bought or shop made, that produces it.

Seems like a good thread for someone now doesn't it? Do something will ya Leo?
