Siding install
I am looking for some competative priceing guides for vancouver and the lower mainland. I dont wanan go around underbidding on stuff and making people mad.. Anybody out there got a list of prices.. With suplied matereals & without?? Also most jobs around are rainscreen too and is there a way to figure out how much to charge for that?

Evreything I have read says $3.50, I am a lo-baller so I always bid $3.25

IF you don't know how to price it there is a good chance you don't know how to install it. Whenever I bid anything I don't know how to do I have to double or triple the going rate to help finance the learning curve. Sounds like $7.00 - $10.50 should work.

Just throw out a high price, your customers will probably be stoned so it shouldn't matter too much. Make sure it wont cut into thier cheeba fund.
