Pricing? Built Up Wind&dr Headers

Hi I'm John and I'm new here. I just went out on my own doing custom trim work.(I was a plumbers apprentice, what a change!) I work alone so I'm in some new homes ranging from 2500-11000sq.ft. for 2 months or more at a time. And I have no idea what I should be charging for my work. I do custom mantles, builtins, all kinds of crown and cornice. columns, and alot of built up window and door headers. And anything else I can convince Home owners to have built. I mill up almost evey piece of moulding I use except for cornice or crown.
So just for a brief explanation on my windows and doors. I flute my own legs and make my own plinth blocks. My headers are made up of 50 or more cuts. Containing 2 bump outs on each side wich the cornice and mouldings wrap around and they have a routered cap on top. I do make some that are a little bit more elaborate with key blocks and dentil, but I have to start somewhere. So what your basically looking at is a mantle on top of a window or door. It can take anywhere from 1 hr to 3 hrs to build one header. This is all paint grade work but all miters are as tight as a frogs behind.(dont't ask me how I know .) And I charge per header plus time for installation unless your brilliant minds tell me other wise. And I also work in MA and RI if that plays a part.
I dont have pics yet. I have to figure out how to put them in. Because my experience on a computer are limited unless I had a hammer next to me.SMASH!!!

THANKS for your time guys/girls.
