New Railing On Top Of New Carpeting
Hello guys,
Can someone help me out and point what is the best way of installing balusters on top of existing carpet without cutting out a hole for the baluster. All help greatly appreciated. Luke C. |

Re: New Railing On Top Of New Carpeting
I would buy a plowed top rail and a plowed bottom rail and raise the bottom rail off the floor about 3 or 4 inches and run the spindles in between. The top and bottom rails will need to butt into post or wall but that is going to be the best way IMO.
