Jotoba Mantle Saved From Dumpster

found this next to a dumpster about 15yrs ago, about 2 weeks ago some one asked for a solid mantle and i thought yeah its time to empty the garage, cost me 3 saw blades,5 drill bits, and a box of sand paper, wish i had a domino but i biscuit joined it and gorilla glued it,and when that did not work i legder lock screwed it together to get 16" wide!

How's the leaf blower used in mantle construction? Is that how you clean the dust off the workbench?

Re: Jotoba Mantle Saved From Dumpster

finding stuff is the easy part, storing it post a challenge i stored that for over 15 yrs and still out of the 12 pcs that i found, that mantle i only used 2 pieces.hopefully i wont have to wait another 15yrs.(i was getting ready to put it in the dumpster my self)

i also offered this lady to make her some more shelves up higher after she installs her flat screen tv,so we,ll see

You should pitch her on changing out the window sills and aprons to the jotoba to match. That would look awesome.
