Interior Locksets For Thicker Doors?

I have an interior door that a cedar panel was attached to, making it's overall thickness 2 1/2". Do they make interior privacy locksets for something like this?

Just use longer screws for the handles, setback will be the same,

Problem is, the spindle from the one knob won't reach into into the socket in the other knob, and the screw guides don't reach each other either.

Try a commercial lock and hardware company. Caola Co. is in Hamilton Township (outside of Trenton). I don't know where exactly you are. Expect to pay $$$

Some lockset manufacturers make extension kits for thicker doors. I believe Yale does. Contact the manufacturers and ask them, or a door and lockset dealer.

Now that I look, Yale and Kwikset both offer "thick door packs". That should work, Thanks.
