Help Glue Removal
I just pulled up my old commercial carpet in my office to have professionals install new commercial carpet. The carpet came up really easy but a thin layer of smooth glue was left on the concrete. i tried to scrape it up but it was really hard. i asked called the carpenter and asked if it was neccesary to remove the old glue.....he said no we can go rite over the old glue is this safe?

Re: Help Glue Removal
You are a gen con? do you do more res than comm? there ia diamond roarty grinder that flattens a conc floor, and also removes glue. cool tool and rentable. if the glue isn't that lumpy, and the substrata not screwed up, you could glue over and lay, but why not do it right the second time?
