Granite Countertops

Didn’t know were to post this so I’ll start here. I’m looking for information on how to finish granite counter tops. I acquired a slab of granite at no charge but I need to edge and polish it. The slab is small about 30”x60” and is going on a bar in my basement; it will be supported by a cabinet and glass block wall. Any information would be helpful. Thanks.

You'll find the right tools here and some helpful info.

http://www.alpha-tools.com/TechnicalLibrary.aspx

look at the technical library for specific info on the tools

click on "profiling" on the left menu for specific tools to use to do what you want.

The job is wet, messy and loud.

Thanks Mike. I have a big garage with a floor drain and a nice seat of ear muffs.
