It is kind of hard to find some festool green undies for the old lady but, that would be hot on top of the mft!

No question. The first job I did with my rotex I had to sand some stairs. I took all the usual precautions, plastic, drop cloths. No dust. The next day I didn't put anything down - there was a couch right under where I was sanding and there was not a speck on it. I was floored.

Rotex was my first purchase, along with the CT-22. Followed by (two days later) a handle and the hose garage. It feels better to talk about this, I dont seem to itch as much.

Re: Festool Kapex

i bought my ts75 on ebay with extra accessories in very lightly used condition for under 500 im sure there was 200 in just little accessories

Maybe it pays to wait see how the kapex holds up it is relatively new to the market.

in another six mnths if ebay is flooded with them then i guess the saw might not be worth the $1300+ price tag

Re: Festool Kapex

Lot's of good slide saws out there right now, the Kapex being one of them. As much as I love my Festool stuff, I just don't see the benefit of their saw for the extra $6-$700 bucks.

Re: Festool Kapex

OK, thought about it; I'm not buying one. I can get two great saws for what they want for one.

Re: Festool Kapex

Only things that did not increase were the Kapex and MFT/3. There were a couple others as well but, not many.

I hope they keep with the price increases, all it does is make my used tools worth more on the re-sale end.

I noticed that. I bought two sanders in Nov. and saw they went up about $30 bucks each after the new year! Good timing
