Drawers As Stress Relievers

Any cabinet makers get a lot of drawer problems because people us them as stress relievers?

I just repaired three in a hospital where people had slammed the pencil draers so hard that the fronts busted right out of them.

They were made out of particleboard, but by all appearances they were just slammed.

The evidence sure suggested that they were used as a point of releasing stress.
