Cutting A Solid Wood Interior Door To Match Angle Of Roof

I know, sort of a lengthy title.

if you can imagine the picture below using only one of the angled doors, a six panel (or 4 panel??) pine 2/6 door. has anyone altered an existing door-which would match perfectly the mill purchased doors used in the rest of the job, or built from scratch? obviously, the rail and stile are cut and a new diagonal stile(or would it be a rail now??) be installed (after the panels are routed). picture included,

I wouldn't use a modern door to remill. They are only held together by glued dowels. Cuts like that would make the door fall apart. You would need to get a costume door made. It would probably be cheaper in the long run. More than likely the manufacturer would be able to do this for you. I know I have no modern cutters for my shapers, and I wouldn't want them. Rotten looking profiles in my opinion.

It would be easier to modify, You could ignore the angled rail as it relates to the panel, and cut right through it, (which i have done) or you could remove all the top panel details and make new ones accomadating a new layout, just cutting through it does not look bad, G

Does the new door have a stile down the middle like the pic? Without at least one that runs from top to bottom, you'd have a floppy top door
