Bored Finish Carpenter

My little brother's finish carpentry business has been a little slow this winter so he decided to T&G his entire barn. We estimated it at about 3500 sf.....I hope the economy picks up before he decides that his truck would look better with a little crown molding

WOW, I guess he's not worrying about his bank account.

Looks great. What is he going to do with the space?

I don't think he has any concrete plans for it yet but he wants to have a party for his daughters graduation up there this summer, after that I think it's going to serve as a gym/basketball court. I told him it would make a nice showroom for a few display kitchens....

Re: Bored Finish Carpenter

Evidently this is ot his first stilts rodeo!

At first sight I was , thinking, what is he standing on?! Heheh. I didn't see stilts going to the ground. Heck, I must of thought he was on some very long stilts and using the board to sit on and strap them on.

Re: Bored Finish Carpenter

At least it's his own place.
I have thrown dry wall finishers off the job for a stunt like the stilts on a walkboard. I had one (who was fired as soon as he came down) walk out on a walkboard like that 20 feet off the deck and step up on a drywall bucket wearing stilts.

That would have made an impressive picture.
