Bending AZEK Trim and Moulding

I am trying to find another supplier who bends AZEK Trim.
We recently took the plunge and set up a bending station in our shop.We are offering the bending as an added service to stocking AZEK trims.
We are having the contractors bring us a template made of 1/2" material (osb, plywood) and we can bend around that.

I know there is a better set up out there somewhere...anybody ever come across one.

I am thinking we could set up a table (a large table) and lay out different arcs , then drill holes along the arcs that could have pins put in them , with 1/8" material , or 1/4" material bent around the pins and clamped so the AZEK could follow that. That way we could do the whole process from measurements (accurate ones of course) and not have the hassle of all the templates.Of course we would have the builder/contractor sign off on the measurements to avoid questions later.

I know there are about a million different arc dimensions on just windows but once you lay them out you have the holes should the same arc come up again.

What do you think....improvements/suggestions....no dumb-butt don't do it...tell me what you think. Would it be worth it or a waste of time to lay out everything,or better yet ...ever seen it done.

thanks,
Mike

are you talking about bending the face of say a piece of 5/4 x 4? we always get sheets of 3/4" and 3/8" and cut the arches out of that... put the piece of 3/8 behind the 3/4. it ends up being cheaper then custom bent pieces. the only bending we have done is with a torch down torch on 3/8 to make the arched sophet. i would think it would be easier and cheaper to make a mold and pour pvc into it then try to bend the piece... it would bind up at the shorter side and stretch thin on the longer side which would require shaving and or planing causing the loss of the nice smooth finish. unless your laminating a bunch of 3/8 strips together with azek glue... then just do it the regular conventional way you described and make a labeled template rack for future use.
