Baseboard For Bullnose Corners
Is there a product I can buy to square up the corners on my Trim Tex vinyl bullnose drywall cornerbeads in preparation for baseboard and crown? I`m familiar with Katz` method of (2) 22.5 deg corners and caulking, but was hoping there was a faster way.

Right on with the transition caps- bottom of page only use caulking when it's a necessary evil.

The faster way is to do a 3 piece corner wrap, that's pretty standard procedure out here. Trim-tex makes the same things the other guys pointed out, ask whomever you are getting your Trim-tex from where he is hiding them.

Re: Baseboard For Bullnose Corners
Mikes right, TrimTex makes matching transitions for all their stuff. I always keep 8 or 10 extra on the truck. Use them at the top for crown if needed, and a couple times for chair rail. Any decent TrimTex distributor should stock them. They look just like this:

Re: Baseboard For Bullnose Corners
Thanks, guys. Looks like I`ll be doing the 3 pc corners as the drywall is already finished! I`ll know the next time.
