Any Other New Englanders In Here..Pricing????

Just curious how many of us are from Mass, Maine and New Hampster. I've just been looking around the boards and doesn't seem like there are that many of us in here. Alot of the post seem to be about pricing and pricing is a very regional thing as we all know. Just wanted to read some posts that applie more to my buisness. I have my pricing set but its always good to see what the other guy is making. It keeps us all fair and making money. So here it goes. I'm from Kingston, New Hampshire and work in the seacoast area and North Shore of Mass. I get $1.50 a foot for base, chair, and shoe, $1.00 a foot and $25 a corner for single layer crown, $15 for a scarf joint, I case windows at $25 a piece for a single unit picture frame. I add $5.00 for a stool and apron. My price goes up on windows for double and triple millions by cost and a half. I hang split jamb doors for $30 a piece, doubles for $45. I do hardwood steps for a $100 per tread including one oak handrail. The price goes up for stain grade kicks and extra gallery railings, plus winders and landings etc. I tend to higher end finish work were my prices are more job specific. These prices are just for a cookie cutter colonial tract home....but this is a good place to start for pricing. Obivously the more work I get from one person/contracter the more the price will change. Where are you guys from and what do you generaly charge? just curious
