Adjustable shelving rails for built-in

Where can I buy adjustable 'rails' for shelving? I'd like to dado in some metal rails that will accept shelf brackets for a built-in. HO wants to be able to adjust the shelves - and I don't want to drill a bunch of holes.

Looked all over - but cannot find what I'm looking for.

TIA

Thanks guys. Exactly what I was looking for.

And I increased my word power.

Reader's Digest would be proud.

I've always referred to those as shelf standards.

Same here, never heard them referred to as pilasters.
KV lists the wall mounted "tracks" as standards,

The sad part about drilling out for pegs is that once the shelves get located, they never get moved
