We do okay with the phone book ads but not great. We just have upgraded listings (white background, red and black ink, larger size). No photos.

When people call to set an appointment and say they found you in the phone book, do you ask which one? I just started and it's probably 90% Yellow Pages and 10% Yellow Book.
