Yard Signs Question..


What are the rules / laws in regards of placing a yard sign promoting a service at the entrance of a subdivison ...

Around here it depends on the subdivision rules.

which brings up another question...do all subdivisions have a hoa? And if not, then who "governs" this kind of stuff? It's allowed until someone complains/takes your sign down....?
