Window and Siding targeting an entire neighborhood

Check out this site:
http://www.projectmeadowbrook.com/
This is a neighborhood with hundreds of homes. This is what a window and siding company is doing in my area. It started out with signs around the area saying Project Meadow Brook is coming. Looked like a "make your yard look better with the Park Ranger looking guy. It has been followed up with a postcard promising up to 50% off and yesterday, 2 guys going door to door setting up appointments.
Maybe this can help some of you guys out.
Steve

I would not use them if I was in the market to have someone else do the work at my house. It is a slick marketing idea that is working for them, I see some jobs they are doing. Insiders @ my suppliers make a joke that if they are doing a job, the homeowner must have refinanced to be able to afford their prices, they also offer 6 months free utility bills. $$ hidden in the bid somewhere
