What A Plug!

On the front cover of yahoo.com and a ton of other news publications is a story about a man in the UK that just turned 100 and is still working for a plumbing company as a mechanic.

The name of the company is Pimlico Plumbers and look at the plug they just got....

I think he just paid his own salary for the year.

Congrats to all! It's English for the crapper, brought to you by one Thomas Crapper. Hows that for a legacy?

Just think what a soggy, stinky mess the world would be in if Thomas Crapper had not been born.
Not to mention all the BMW's sitting unsold on lots because there was no such thing as a plumber!

Nice to hear that he is still interested in mechanical engineering at his age and to be active and willing to work in such a physically demanding enviroment.

DAMN !

Not every day someone can turn up a thread started by Nathan, going clear back to 2006 with only 6 replies. Humbly request that mods leave thread open so all of us current curmudgeons can get at least one reply in - for old times sake.
