What Direct Mail Source Are Working?

I have tried many different direct mail sources. I have used Clipper Magazine, a little ValPak, Money Mailer, and a few other small local direct mail books. I have had some succuess with some of them. Clipper has probably been my most consistent. I still have about $230,000 left in my 2009 marketing budget and I was thinking about starting use ValPak again. Has anyone had good success with ValPak or any others?

Current Marketing going into 2009

Clipper Magazine $140,000
Internet $75,000 (best cost per lead generated)
Yellow Pages (scaled back for 2 years in a row) $100,000
Builders and Home Shows $30,000
County Fairs $15,000
Networking $10,000

Any feedback or ideas would be great

I do some ppc, but most of the leads that I get are from either referral sites or one of my suppliers does the ppc and I only pay for the leads that they generate.
