Website Sugestions

I wanted to get some opinions about our website. It is fully optimized and we are expanding it to all cities with over 8500 people some time this week. Any sugestions on the layout our any thoughts in general would be helpful.

First suggestion is to get your URL working, it seems to default to here http://www.xiope.com/ which has been a dead link everytime I tried it
