I voted for the Custom Remodeling Solutions.
As above, it'll work if not in use.
You mentioned eventually selling the company later, The generic name will help in the future.

I like the Custom Remodeling Solutions better, sounds like you put some thought into the name versus the plain old Sand County Contracting - too generic in my mind, and may give some people the impression you only work in Sand County, and doesn't target the "remodeling" market if that is what your after.

Since it's already registered at the state level pretty much eliminates that name though.

Maybe an alternate version like:

Custom Remodeling Corporation

or

Unique Remodeling Solutions

or

Specialized Remodeling Solutions

or

Customized Remodeling Solutions

or

Sand County Remodeling Solutions (again might be limiting in some peoples minds for the for the same reason as Sand County Contracting)
