Re: Trying To Get Work From Insurance Companies

Ary--
I have tried to get that kind of work as well. I went to my insurance company and asked them this question as to how to get in with them. My agent told me that there is a list of criteria that needs to be met in order to be put on the list. She said that they only have five companies that they recomend. I asked her how to get on this list and she said she would get back to me. I am hoping I can actually get this info, I have been with them for a long time. My agent did tell me that she wouldn't be the one that makes that decsion as well. She did tell me to leave her with a bunch of business cards and she could try to refer me out that way. I would like to hear what others have to say.

Is anyone on this forum doing that kind of work, how did you get it, has anyone tried. I do think that Chris is right when is says that it Depends on whose hand you shake and how well they like you.

Re: Trying To Get Work From Insurance Companies

This is a great topic, I have recently been wondering the same thing. I am trying to expand my client base. Having some insurance companies looking to get help from me would be nice. I also hope to see some of the insight from others.
