telemarketing
I am hiring three telemarketers this week and I was wondering how some of you guys pay you telemarketers as for as hourly and per lead set and if you give them a commission on any jobs that are sold as a result of a lead that is set by them.

my experience with telemarketing is that it is effective at driving sales...and yet gets expensive...you have to keep telemarketers motivated, and I have used hourly and daily cash spiffs to do just that.

That just pisses people off for the most part if they call during the day odds are no one is home. If they call at night then its during family time. Double edged sword. Dangerious way of doing things. Thats just my 2 cents
