This is somthing I have been meaning to do. I have to do this on a regular basis. How often do you send permotions out to past customers? 4x a year?

We send out a newsletter thanking for past business and providing info on different services we provide, with coupons and referral incentives attached.
We send out to past customer list at least 4 or 5 times a year.

Matt do you do your own newsletter or do you have a company right them for you. I heard of companys doing them for some contractors.
