Sales Reps

Where do you guys find good sales reps? I just set up a new lead funnel online and within 24 hours of it being up I had over 20 leads in my inbox from homeowners wanting an estimate.

Now I'm averaging about 30-40 leads every day from this one funnel and it's WAY more then I can handle so I need sales reps fast to handle these leads.

when I say "leads" I don't mean information from someone who opted in on a website I mean actual homeowners that are writing me an email saying they want work done and when I can come out. Can you imagine having that many people reaching out to you a day?

Needless to say I shut the funnel off until I find some good outside sales reps. Wheres the best place to find good candidates? Havent had any luck with Craigslist or Facebook. I've never had to hire so fast so I'm kind of frantic.

Re: Sales Reps

Is this where we ask how you set up the funnel or you really looking for sales people?

Everyone knows the results a lead funnel can get I'm not bragging about that. I'm really wondering some good ways to find reps besides the normal online job posting sites.

No problem.

I never heard someone brag so much on a post to ask how to hire help.

No it's the method of finding qualified indivuals at other companies then offering them a competitive compensation package to come work for you.

I'm sure there are services out there that can do this for you.

Has the company you joined hired any good sales reps in the past?

I don't mean to brag but I packed about as much into that as a Trump tweet.

He has claimed that he is one of the owners of his company.

He joined an uncle or something. I am not sure it was clear if he was now part owner or just a sales rep.

In his previous threads he claimed he was a part owner. Can't confirm because he's too chicken chit to tell us who he is or what company he owns and works for. Pretty sure it it more like we will flush out his BS.

Re: Sales Reps

I got a message through my FB business page from him through a John Stutzer FB account. When I did a bit of research it comes up some old dude who is a builder and back in the 80's was on planning commissioner or something.

It can't be him because he doesn't know crap about the trades, or at least that's how he came off. I have never got a good vibe from him and think he's playing games. I don't like games. Be a man, be yourself and don't lie. He would go a lot further living like that.
