Sales Commission – For What?

What’s the standard contract for sales commission? Does the salesman canvass the neighborhood or create leads some other way, and then get paid only if he sells a job? Or, is the salesman only expected to work with leads already created?

thats totally up to your game plan.
i do think your salesperson should be responsible to generate some of thier own leads.
