Referral Fee
I work in the IT/computer dept of a large construction company and I have a lot of friends who own real estate. I would like to try to get my friends to all use my company's construction services and I'm wondering what would be a reasonable referral fee to ask for (from my company)?
Thanks for your input! |

Re: Referral Fee
I think you should get 0% of $0.00. Over 500,000 people are losing their jobs every month since last year. Your boss has apparently decided to keep you on in an area that would be arguably to me one of the first to scale back in. My suggestion would be to get as many of your friends as possible to use your company's services for job security.
Christ, we live in such a 'what do I get' society. Ridiculous! Where did company pride go?
