Preferred Contractor Program

Has anyone sign up with EveryContractor, a program called Preferred Contractor
Where you pay $2500.00 per year and they guarantee $37,500.00 in work.
Or they refund your money. I signed up today cause I want to add another crew
So I need more work. Thanks for responding.

Re: Preferred Contractor Program

From what I've read around here, it's a great way to get into bidding wars. Low bidder wins everytime.

Re: Preferred Contractor Program

Tinner,
I'm thinking the same thing. I don't understand the strategy of telling me that 4 other contractors are going to bid.
That sure is not too inviting......And, how do the know 4 are going to bid.
nothing surprises me anymore

Re: Preferred Contractor Program

I signed up for ContractorDeal.com a couple of weeks ago. So far I have received 5 referrals and they have all been duds in that the projects were not real, customers were only fishing online, or gave bogus contact information. If I don't get a decent referral soon I will be cancelling my account with them.
