the power of refferals

some of you may remember the thread a few months back about me handing out a business card to a guy in lowes.

that was guy A
i did some work for him

then he reffered me to guy B
did some work for him

then guy B reffered me to guy C
did some work for him

then last week guy A's mother in law called me for a quote
did some work for her

now today guy A's sister called me for a quote

over 10k in work, from handing out a single business card.
really makes you aware of how important networking is.

That sounds great! Sometimes it works out that way. I'm doing a flooring job now, in which the HO's had me build their fence, in which I built the neighbors fence, in which the guy down the street want me to build his fence also. About 12k in profit from one small fence.
