Onlline Presentation Of Cost Versus Value Report

I just watched a little bit of this and it may be a resource for you to use online for your clients.

http://ads2000.hw.net/C/costvsvalue3/index.html

I am not yet sure that you can get directly to the same site, since i had to follow a link and submit my e-mail from a message I received from Replacement Contractor Magazine.

edit:
Yes, the link goes directly to the online report and video.

Hi Ed I have the actual report printed and give out a copy when they balk at my 15,000 bathroom remodel because they expected around 7k.

Re: Onlline Presentation Of Cost Versus Value Report

So, for you guys who use the report as part of your presentation, does it help to justify why your price should be what it is and denounce the low-ballers as hacks who did not price properly?

Re: Onlline Presentation Of Cost Versus Value Report

Somewhat I don't go into why the lowballer is a bad choice just why we are a good choice, some will never be interested in anything but price, I am having my web guy set up an average remodel cost page with that link in it.
