My designer is currently in the process of designing an ad for commercial & office painting.

You return calls promptly
You show up when you are supposed to
You finish on time
You stay on budget

Think of all the problems that customers have with service trades, and remedy those problems.

Re: New Marketing Brochure For Commercial Painting

You must first market to the person in charge of facility maintainance, we stree we will work weekends and nights, will aslo work in occupied areas etc.

You can buy a list of names from a list company. Alot of franchise paint companys do this like certa pro etc.....

It can be very profitable or a headache depending on who you work for.

We landed a medical center contract this year from a postcard we sent to
Mr Smith in charge of facility maint......had a picture of us painting a medical center.

Work has to be done quick, off hours with a good sized crew. We hope to land more, the key is finding the person in charge of the work.

think, thats right, its all who you know, and a matter of directing it in the right hands. We had a nice medical center contract for about 3 years, worked out very very good on our part. we knew the ceo of the company he put us on .

Just be sure not to overstuff it with info...people won't read anything if there is too much text. Keep it short and sweet and hammer on your main points (no pun intended). Customers want to know "Whats in it for me?" and that is what spurs their buying decisions. Clarify that point to them along with what services you offer, how to contact you, and what your website is, and and leave it at that.

Hey Rich, I was looking at your opening web page. You have a lot of badly worded sentences and a few mispellings that you may want to correct. Also some of that Punctuation that drives us all nuts

Just don't look at my site

No problem. Like I said, I wasn't trying to be condescending.

I took my site back from "the professional" and haven't done crap with it.
I really need to spend some time on it. Theat was the complaint I had with him
