My Sales And Marketing Plan.
Been trying to get our new stucco started in a new town (doing quite well in current place of business just want to expand)
After many calls to builders, meetings, and dropping off materials to builders we had 1 job . So since our product sells itself, I started BSing with the subs on the first job I was on. They were drywallers, and once they understood I was not going to try and back door them. We told them any new builder they hook us up with we woud kick back 10% on the first job. He went and got us a new builder that night. And he's working on a couple more. I don't know if this is approved marketing but seems to be working. Nate |

I would call it networking. White collar jobs you do it in a suit with a drink in your hand. Blue collar you do it just like you are.

Re: My Sales And Marketing Plan.
its called playing ball. its going on everywhere, from frequent flyer miles to those little supermarket "discount tags" on your keychain.
I have an arrangement with a concrete deck resurfacer. he calls me out of the blue to "keep things greased." you have to treat the drywallers like an account & service them well. ray
