Re: My Contracts And Job Desc Need Some Work
Mike,
You need to add alot of general condition and boilerplate catch all clauses to prepare for the unexpected. Ed P.S. Speak with a construction attorney for proper advice forwhat you need to add and how it must be phrased to be legal. Make sure their is a severability clause which would keep all other phrases intact in the event a judge rules that one phrase is not legal according to your jurisdiction. This prevents all of the other phrases from being tossed with the wrongfully expressed one. Last edited by Ed the Roofer; 04-04-2007 at 02:00 PM. |

Re: My Contracts And Job Desc Need Some Work
you're asking for job description details --- but you present a blank form
in other words - we have no way to see what you typically write in the blanks |

Re: My Contracts And Job Desc Need Some Work
I recently discovered a book at our CBA meeting called "The Paper Trail". It is 300 pages of every form, contract and letter you could need. Great info, many of my customers have enjoyed it.
It is written by William Asdal and Wendy A. Jordan. I recommend it for anyone in this business. |
