Looksmart PPC How To Target?

I signed up a month ago with Looksmart's ppc program. I just noticed that my ads are being run nation wide and not to my local market. It's my fault for overlooking this when I set up the account. Their FAQ's do not show how to correct it and their customer service consist of "all operators are busy".

The funny thing is that my ad says "RI & MA ----windows" and people are filling out my contact form from CA and Texas. I could go in business and sell leads!

Just got a call from them, they do not have local ads---all ads run in the US and Canada.
