Looking To Get Some Feedback On My Website

I have been working on a website for my company for about a week now. I am doing this with no experience, so I am asking for some feedback from fellow contractors.

www.candlewoodconstruction.net

1) the website is .org and will be going to .net, someone bought the .com domain and I bought the .net a few months ago. Just have to switch it over.
2) the caveman is my friend, I didnt have a picture of him so I threw this up there as a joke. It will be swapped out when I have a decent picture of him.

Good or bad feedback is welcome, not gonna hurt my skin.

Thanks, in advance.

Great website.

First impression on opening, I get framing. IMHO maybe some finished projects on the top would be nice and framing at the bottom.

I'd dump the .org and get a .com

Thanks

I wonder why it is loading so slow. It loads pretty quick on my end?

Looks good Candlewood, I like the caveman! The only thing I see is on the home page on the right it says start building me dream house instead of my.

Re: Looking To Get Some Feedback On My Website

Concerning the . NET or .ORG
My company www.silvertreeconstruction.com now has a sister site for my traveling showroom. WOW! Kitchens
I will be selling kitchen design and cabinets to other contractors and HO'S

I got wowkitchenandbath.com and wowkitchens.net, I am using the .NET.
I like the shorter site name. My website guy tells me this is getting (NET) to be common and soon it will be as good as .com.

Went back to your site, loading fine now and it looks great.

Sure thing, when do you want us to start. I assume you want oil base for longevity.

Wonderful looking site. Homeowners love to see your work first and foremost. The most obviously thing you could improve upon is on page load time, but great start!

Re: Looking To Get Some Feedback On My Website

Best bet is to call your website host, but it looks like your host VPWeb is down as well. That might be part of your issue of load time on your site. The server your on isn't fast enough.
